1. Regional Director – Eastern Region
- Station: Mutare Museum, Mutare
- Summary: A senior leadership role responsible for the overall coordination, management, and strategic direction of the Eastern Region.
- Key Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Human/Natural Sciences or Museum Studies.
- Postgraduate qualification in Administration/Management/Leadership.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Knowledge of Public Entities Corporate Governance Act and Results Based Management System.
2. Risk and Security Manager – Head Office
- Station: Head Office, Harare
- Summary: A senior role to lead the Risk Management and Security Unit, advising management and the Board on risk, compliance, and security.
- Key Requirements:
- Degree in Security Services or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience at ZRP Superintendent level or equivalent with 3 years at senior officer level.
- Clean class four driver’s licence.
- Sound investigative and analytical skills.
3. Director – Research and Development

4. Assistant Curator of Militaria

- B.A. Honors degree in History.
- Diploma in Museology is an added advantage.

5. Assistant Curator of Archaeology
- Station: Zimbabwe Military Museum, Gweru

- Two years of research experience.
